Refund Policy
At Pet Brightest Solutions., we care about your experience. If something goes wrong with your order, we’ll work with you to make it right. We don’t want you or your pet to be disappointed.
When You Can Get a Refund
You can ask for a refund if:
1. You got the wrong item
2. Your item arrived damaged
3. Your item never arrived
If any of these happen, contact us within 7 days after you receive your order or after the expected delivery date. Send us your order number and a clear photo if there’s a problem with the item.
When Refunds Are Not Given
We do not give refunds if:
1. You ordered the wrong item by mistake
2. You changed your mind after the order shipped
3. The item was used or damaged after arrival
4. The shipping delay was caused by the carrier and not us
We always double-check everything before shipping, and we pack each item with care.
How Refunds Work
If your refund is approved, we’ll send the money back to your original payment method. It can take 5 to 10 business days for the bank or card company to process it.
We do not offer cash refunds or refunds through any other method.
Need a Replacement Instead?
If you prefer a replacement over a refund, let us know. In some cases, we may resend the same item at no extra cost.
